Approach
When you retain The Right Chord for an assignment, you can be assured that a disciplined and straightforward approach will be taken to the management and successful completion of your project. Typically, the process that is used involves the following:
  • Confirmation of project definition and scope – Agreement to the project objectives and scope
  • Needs assessment – For larger projects, a needs assessment may be required, in order to determine whether all client needs will be met with the existing project definition, and if any resource gaps exist for the project
  • Project Plan – This will lay out the resources, timetable, development, planning, execution and tracking of the project. Existing templates or that of the client can be used.
  • Ongoing project reporting and final report upon completion
Not every assignment may require exhaustive detail on each of these project phases, but the overall thinking behind these phases will be addressed regardless of project size.
